Sales & Returns Policy

All Jane Pollard jewellery comes with care instructions, and customised packaging.

Shipping and Freight Policy
Upon checkout please select preferred shipping option. Charges will apply and be added to the total sale cost which the customer is to pay. All Overseas sales are subject to additional shipping charges based on end country taxes, tariffs and duties. Jane Pollard is not responsible for these fees, and they are to be paid by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges
Jane Pollard will accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Your item must be returned in new and saleable condition in the provided packaging. Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges and returns will be subject to relevant shipping charges. Once your return is processed it may take up to 10 days to receive your refund and or exchange item. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Freight charges for the return of the item will be added and calculated based on the size of your shipment.
To ensure security of your returned item, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g. Express Post, Registered Post, FedEx) and retain your receipt. Jane Pollard is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Repair Policy
Jane Pollard will repair any design purchased through janepollardjewellery.com. If the repair is due to a design fault and the work was purchased within the last 12 months it will be repaired for free. Other repair work can be done but may incur a fee, which will depend on the extent of the damage. A quote will be provided once damage has been assessed. Please direct all repair enquires to contact janepollardjewellery

If you purchased through another retailer please return the damaged item to the store you originally purchased the item from. They will be able to assist you with your repair.
